Honda Wind Energy

Honda’s transmission plant run, in part, by wind power has successfully made car production a cleaner process. That includes a 30 percent reduction in carbon-dioxide emissions from Honda products, compared with levels in 2000.” Honda Transmission Manufacturing of America Incorporated, located at Russels Point, Ohio, makes transmissions for the majority of Honda’s assembly plants in North America.
